Description of Services
Using appropriate dilutions and conditions, the Analytical HUB has adapted methods to allow clinical autoanalyzers to measure a variety of serum chemistry tests in mouse serum. Several assays for measurement of plasma lipids have been introduced, as well as ELISA assays for cytokine, hormone, and other protein analytes. Luminex multianalyte multiplexing kit reagents are used to measure a variety of cytokines in mouse serum.
